PRIVACY POLICY & DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for collecting, storing, processing, transferring, and protecting personal information of users (hereinafter — "User") provided to Media Vision music publishing label (hereinafter — "Label") when using the label's website.

Using the website, filling out, and submitting feedback forms (demo applications) constitutes unconditional consent by the User to this Policy and the terms of processing of their data. In case of disagreement with these terms, the User must refrain from using the website's services.

2. Definitions and Terms

The following terms are used in this Policy:

  • Website — internet resource located at the Media Vision domain name.
  • Personal Data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person.
  • Processing of Personal Data — any action performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data.

The Label collects exclusively the information necessary to review demo materials, communicate with authors, and conclude licensing agreements:

  • Stage name or project/label name;
  • Social media and messenger links (Telegram, VK, Instagram, etc.);
  • Links to music demos and catalogs (SoundCloud, Google Drive, Yandex.Disk, etc.);
  • Any other information voluntarily provided by the User in messages.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Processing of the User's personal data is carried out for strictly defined purposes:

  • Identifying the User as the copyright holder of submitted music works;
  • Conducting expert evaluation of demo materials by the Label's music curators;
  • Establishing communication with the author to discuss distribution terms and sign contracts;
  • Complying with applicable legal requirements regarding copyright and related rights.

5. Procedure and Conditions of Data Processing

Processing of personal data is conducted in compliance with principles of legality and confidentiality. The Label takes necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, or distribution.

Data storage duration is determined by the achievement of collection purposes and statutory requirements. Transfer of personal data to third parties is not carried out except as provided by law or with the User's prior consent.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

The User has the right to request information regarding the processing of their personal data, demand clarification, blocking, or complete deletion by sending a request to the Label's official email address: support@mediavg.ru.

7. Final Provisions

The Label reserves the right to make unilateral changes to this Privacy Policy. The new edition becomes effective upon publication on the Website. Users are advised to regularly check this page for updates.
