TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Definitions

The following terms are used in this Agreement:

  • Website — Media Vision music publishing internet resource.
  • Label — Website administration, Media Vision music publishing house.
  • User — capable individual or musical project using the Website functionality.
  • Demo Material — sound recording or demo audio track sent by the User.

2. Subject of Agreement

This Agreement governs relations between the User and the Label when using the Website and submitting demo materials. Using the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Submitting demo materials through the Website does not entail transferring copyright or related rights to the Label. All rights to provided sound recordings remain with their respective copyright holders until an official licensing agreement is signed.

4. Limitation of Liability

The User guarantees that submitted materials are their property or used on lawful grounds, do not violate third-party copyrights or applicable laws.
